Hi, I’m Nicolas, the Quality Control Director at Allied Insurance Group.

My insurance journey started thanks to a friend who gave me an opportunity to learn the industry from scratch. After helping another agency grow for more than two years, I joined Allied—and five years later, I’m still here because this team truly feels like family.

One of the things I love most about insurance is that every situation is different. There are often multiple ways to solve a problem, and finding the right solution for each client keeps every day interesting.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing songs and playing soccer. Music and sports have always been a big part of my life.

Family is incredibly important to me. I have two younger sisters who mean the world to me, and I’ll proudly admit they’re my little princesses.

A fun fact? I absolutely cannot handle snakes. The moment I see one, I freeze.

My favorite food is Bandeja Paisa, I’m a passionate FC Barcelona fan, and I live by this philosophy:
