Hi, I’m Cristina! If you’ve called or visited Allied Insurance Group, there’s a good chance we’ve already met. I help clients with payments, billing questions, mortgage updates, policy cancellations, and many of the day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly.
I’ve been working in insurance for almost five years, and it’s actually been my very first career. Throughout that time, I’ve learned that helping people and building relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, exploring new places, and learning new things. I also happen to be a huge animal lover. I have six cats and one dog, and yes—one of those cats lives with my parents and has earned a reputation for being the most spoiled (and chubbiest) member of the family.
A fun fact about me is that I used to play the drums at church. These days, I stick to helping clients instead of keeping the beat.
My favorite food is pizza, especially if it comes with extra cheese.
My personal motto is: “Always do your best and keep learning.” I believe growth comes from consistent effort and maintaining a positive attitude.
